About Us

ARMCP is the first and only independent national organization in the United States devoted exclusively to residential mortgage compliance professionals. We are not affiliated with any corporate or third-party companies. ARMCP offers discussion groups, educational forums, panels, lectures, and other venues for residential mortgage compliance professionals. Our organization seeks to improve ways and means to serve the residential mortgage industry. We are focused on encountering ideas and exploring compliance issues, news, guidelines, and banking laws for the benefit of mortgage industry participants. We want to find ways to enhance communications between members of the mortgage industry, regulators, and the consumer. Members should be industry participants who have an actual practice or institutional responsibilities involving residential mortgage compliance; however, we encourage membership of individuals who plan to join the residential mortgage compliance community.
